Muhammad Az-Zubayr Hisham (Zubayr) is a Litigation and Industrial Relations Lawyer at Naim, Sa’eed & Afiqah with a foundation rooted in both academic excellence and hands-on courtroom exposure. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in August 2024.

Currently, Zubayr handles a broad spectrum of contentious matters, including contractual disputes, tortious claims, corporate and shareholder disputes, and general litigation. In addition, he plays an active role in Industrial Relations, advising clients on employment-related disputes, workplace compliance, and collective bargaining issues. He plays a key role in preparing pleadings, drafting submissions, conducting legal research, and supporting trial advocacy. With a strong command of legal analysis and procedural law, Zubayr is dedicated to delivering efficient, results-oriented solutions while consistently upholding the firm’s high standards in advocacy and dispute resolution.
