Irisya Ayu Dania (Iris) is a Corporate and Intellectual Property lawyer with a background in both litigation and corporate law. A graduate from "realm of excellence" University of Malaya, she was scouted as a Research Assistant by two senior lecturers in the Faculty of Law and Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences during her studies. Iris began her legal journey in litigation, gaining experience in land acquisition, employment law and professional negligence before transitioning into corporate law. She has handled trademark matters, corporate advisory and employment matters, providing legal guidance across a range of corporate sectors.

Currently, Iris serves as the firm’s Corporate and Intellectual Property Lawyer (including but not limited to copyright and trademark law). She manages retainer clients, drafts and reviews key legal documents, and handles corporate transactions, including Joint Venture Agreements (JVA) and shareholder agreements. With her blend of legal expertise and client-focused approach, Iris is committed to providing high-quality legal services in both corporate and intellectual property law.
