Naim is the Managing Partner of NSA Legal and a dynamic corporate lawyer based in Kuala Lumpur. After graduating from the International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM) and completing his pupillage under the mentorship of distinguished lawyer Yusfarizal Yussoff, Naim quickly built a strong foundation in corporate law. His early career saw him gaining invaluable experience in a wide range of legal areas, including corporate law, general litigation, and conveyancing, all of which contributed to his current success as a leading corporate lawyer.

Naim specializes in crafting and negotiating complex joint venture agreements, shareholders' agreements, share purchase agreements, as well as licensing and franchising agreements.
