Yasmin Harizal (Yasmin) is an associate under the Corporate Department. A graduate in Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in 2021 eager to practice in the legal profession. During her penultimate year in university, Yasmin had the privilege of joining a course with YM Raja Dato’ Ahmad Mohzanuddin Shah Raja Mohzan focusing on civil practice protocol & advocacy. She then completed her pupillage amongst one of the prestigious law firms in Malaysia, focusing on Dispute Resolution. Prior to being long called in September 2022, Yasmin had also joined AbbVie & Baker McKenzie Young Lawyers Mentoring Program to further understand the legal profession globally. She has had a vast experience on litigation and corporate from her previous work experience including commercial disputes and advisory and commercial contracts.

Yasmin is currently a Corporate lawyer in NSA focusing on various types of agreements including complex agreements such as Shareholders Agreement, Cooperation Agreement and Joint Venture Agreements to less complex agreements such as Web Application Development Agreement, Profit Sharing Agreement, Service for Contracts Agreements and any other agreement required by the Clients. Having managed Clients in the corporate department, Yasmin also provides advices to Clients for any agreements provided by third party in order to protect our Client’s interest. In ensuring that Clients are given further protection at all times and costs, Yasmin is committed to curate agreements specifically catered to Clients needs and further advise on any matters provided by Clients.
